Returns

We want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, you can return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
Keycaps, switches, and other small parts must not have been installed, soldered, lubed, filmed, or otherwise modified.
Final-sale and clearance items are not eligible for return.

How to start a return

Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return shipping address.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund was approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered — in those cases, we cover the return shipping.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
